Vehicle Description Custom 2021 Ford Bronco Build Whipple Tuned V6 Ecoboost ADV Wide Body Kit Fabtech Coilover Remote Reservoir Lift 37 Tires Custom Matte Silver Paint Job Lux Package Locking Rear Differential It was our goal with this build to create the most killer Bronco we could make.
We wanted to make something that would not only look good but also be something that performed well.
We started out with a simple 2021 Bronco Outer Banks that was non-Sasquatch and equipped with the Lux package.
From there we took some of the best aftermarket parts and products on the market today and brought them together into one vehicle.
First thing we modified to this Bronco was lifting it.
We wanted to achieve the best ride on road with superior performance offroad.
This meant opting for the best kit out on the market for the Bronco, which is Fabtech's Dirt Logic kit that includes their Dirt Logic coilovers that feature a 2.
5 shock body and remote reservoir allowing for more travel, better cooling, and an overall plush ride.
This setup eats up the bumps and keeps this Bronco planted on the ground, giving you more control over the vehicle allowing you to push it harder.
This kit made room for larger tires, in which we went with the Nitto Trail Grappler in a 37x12.
5x18 and paired that with 18x9 (+20mm) Fuel Offroad Coverts finished in a matte black.
Next step was to give this vehicle some more power.
We went with Whipple Superchargers Stage 1 Performance Kit.
This setup includes a larger intercooler, air filter, and tune helping this 2.
7L V6 gain 50 more horsepower and 90 pound feet of torque.
This kit definitely makes this Bronco more fun to drive and helps to move its 37 tires.
To reflect the added power we added, we decided to add in an aftermarket exhaust from AWE.
Their Bashguard exhaust provides high clearance and most importantly a nice deep strong exhaust note that fits this vehicle well.
Onto the bodywork, we wanted to give this Bronco a custom and sporty look.
Advanced Fiberglass Concepts 5 Fender and Quarter Kit along with their Ram Air Hood help to do just that.
Their kit incorporates the fender and flare in one panel giving this Bronco some beautiful lines.
ADV makes high quality fiberglass components meaning install was simple with only minor modifications needed, which resulted in perfectly fitting body panels with clean and straight lines.
To further add to the custom look, we were going for we decided to paint this vehicle including the hardtop a matte silver.
All body and paint work are done at our in house body shop.
Everything was done professionally and painted with Glasurit paint, which is used on many European cars out of the factory including Mercedes, Porsche, etc.
Other aftermarket parts added to this vehicle include Addictive Desert Designs Bomber bumpers, both front and rear.
These bumpers house Rigid 6 360 Series as well as Rigid's Radiance light pods with a blue backlight.
We also painted the light casings and the skid plate a matte silver to match the rest of the vehicle.
Other offroad lights include KC HiLites 50 light bar up top and their ditch mount lights mounted on the mirrors.
With ample amount of offroad lighting you will definitely have enough light in whatever scenario you find yourself in.
Some other accessory lighting includes Oracle's illuminated grille letters and their spare tire third brake light.
On the sides of the vehicle, we have Rock Slide Engineering retractable steps.
These steps retract down when the door is open providing nice easy access, and when retracted back up they act as rock sliders meaning they can take the abuse of going over rocks and other obstacles.
Moving to the interior, we added a set of custom Katzkin leather seats, which feature a brown base with blue stitching.
It also hosts the Cape Cod outline, which is there to represent where this Bronco came from as we are located here on Cape Cod in Hyannis, MA.
This vehicle also has the lux package, which includes heated seats and steering wheel, 12 infotainment touchscreen, B&O sound system, and other features like Ford's 6 switch auxiliary panel for the offroad lights we added.
On the outside, we have the old school cursive Bronco badge as we think it gives the Broncos a more classic look and overall, just looks better.
That covers mainly everything that we did to this vehicle to make it what it is.
It certainly has come a long way, and we had a ton of fun making it and seeing the transformation in general.
This Bronco is perfect for anyone looking for something that is different from anything else on the road as well as someone looking for a vehicle that will dominate on whatever terrain it finds itself on.
