SUMMARY:
As a Store Shift Leader you will be responsible for overall supervision and operation of store during a shift. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
DUTIES:
Make sure the customers are being taken care of and the store looks great at all times. Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delightful service.
Oversee entire store operations, with particular focus on cleanliness, fullness of product displays, signage quality, safety, and customer service.
Keep store environment clean and neat, upholding all standards pertaining to cleanliness, food safety, and Team Member and customer safety.
Responsible for the productivity of Team Members and their adherence to policy.
Respond to all customer needs and concerns.
Assist teams as needed.
Set, and achieve, the highest standards in retail execution.
Lead by example.
Respond to concerns in the absence of Store Leadership.
Communicate regularly with Store Team Leaders regarding proper operations of the store.
Support regional vision and execute all regional directives and programs.
Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Respond promptly to customer needs and questions and requests assistance when necessary, including answering the store phone system.
Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.
Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.

REQUIREMENTS:
One year of experience in a Leadership role or equivalent.
Food and/or retail experience desirable.
Ability to maintain professional and appropriate conduct.
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
Demonstrates creativity in promoting sales, merchandising and/or marketing.
Demonstrates appropriate decision making, critical thinking, analysis.
Detail oriented, well organized and able to adhere to deadlines.
Ability to understand Team Members? and store needs.
Must take a creative and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members and leadership.
Ability to perform physical requirements of position.
Ability to operate all necessary equipment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Essential Job Functions:
Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat.
Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc.)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
