As a Cashier and Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Cashier:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive and friendly experience - Accurately process customer orders and payments - Maintain a clean and organized cashier station - Assist in packaging and preparing food items for delivery - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and efficiency - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Delivery Driver:
- Safely and promptly deliver customer orders to their designated locations - Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle - Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving - Assist in packaging and preparing food items for delivery - Collect payments from customers when necessary - Collaborate with the cashier and kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and efficiency If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
