com) is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Office Assistant.
This position reports directly to the Business Manager and is responsible for ensuring all billing and cash receipts tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Accounts Receivable / Office Assistant PT Candidate should possess a background in Accounts Receivable and/or Bookkeeping.
Should have the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
Applicant must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail a must.
Applicant must be capable of working independently as well as a team player.
Duties include maintaining customer billing, posting payments, and preparing daily deposits.
Working closely with the sales support team to ensure accuracy of billing and maintaining good client relationships.
Other duties include typing, filing and general administrative functions.
