First, you ensure that all the new employees have the training they need.
Next, you check that our workers are outfitted in a professional way and that their attitudes, skills, and preparedness are up to company standards.
You also inspect the job site and verify that it and the storage area are clean and organized.
While doing so, you keep an eye out for ways we can improve our operations.
You also focus on safety and verify that all the equipment and tools are compliant with OSHA regulations.
Often, you have the chance to interact with our clients and offer them excellent customer service.

Previous performance evaluation experience would also be a plus.
