- Respond to maintenance requests assigned by the supervisor from various tenants - Collaborate with other team members (when requested to do so) to complete maintenance projects and ensure timely completion.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience preferred, but will consider a go-getter.
