We make the finest breads and pastries using old world recipes.
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Pastry Chef to join our talented high volume fast paced team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for baking.
Ability to lead department in the absence of the Executive Pastry Chef.
Culinary school graduates and or previous high volume pastry experience preferred but noy required.
The department produces croissants, scones, brownies, cookies and pies.
Experience with laminated doughs preferred but not required.
Looking for an individual to help in the growth and development of our product offerings.
Ability to stand for 8 hours and occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
