Job Description:
- Mowing/weed whacking -Safely maintain grounds using gas powered/non gas-powered tools -Trim edges around walkways, flower beds, and walls -Provide aeration and dethatching of lawn area -Check for proper operation of irrigation systems -Spring and Fall Clean Up -Ensure grounds are free of weeds and dead plants -Rake, clean, and edge all planting beds -Prune and trim all bushes and shrubs as needed -Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance -Dispose of grass clipping pruning materials branches etc.
-Check property for any landscape problems that may need attention -Provide hardscape patios and walkways -Conduct minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping Required for Employment:
- Experience valuable but willing to train on job - Valid Driver's License - Able to pass background check - Positive Attitude - Willingness to Learn - Love of the Outdoors - Attention to Details Physical Requirements:
- Safely perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling of various landscaping equipment.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, multiple times per day.
- Push, pull, grip, and squeeze various tools, products and/or materials.
- Walk up to 5
miles or more per day, sometimes uphill and on uneven terrain, often while carrying, pushing, or pulling equipment, materials and/or debris.
- Spends most time outdoors.
