Responsibilities:nnGather and analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to quality patient care and regulatory compliance.nCreate and present QA reports to the DNS for review.nCollaborate with nursing management team to identify opportunities for performance improvement related to quality patient care and regulatory compliancenCollect infection tracking sheets from unit managers and complete monthly infection control surveillance report, identify trends; review with clinical team and submit report for lab services to do a clinical analysis.nPresent monthly at safety meeting and quarterly report meeting for QA committee.nTrack and report vaccine compliance for staff and residents, ie: Flu and Pneumonia.nReview and analyze incident/accident data and identify opportunities for improvement.nAssist DNS with investigations, ie: grievances, allegations of abuse.nReview clinical process related to acute transfers, identify areas for improvement and collaborate with nursing management team to promote continued use of the INTERACT program to reduce acute transfers.nTrack and analyze medication errors to identify educational needs and opportunities for improvement.nAssist DNS in creation and implementation of plans of correction as required by all regulatory agencies.nAssist DNS with research, creation, implementation and assessment of policies and proceduresnParticipates in the implementation of the ABIQIS QA program as directed by the DNS.nOther duties as assigned by the DNS.nn Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:nnMust be a Registered Nurse, licensed to practice in the statenExperience in QAPI with analytical preferred and organizational skills are a mustnExperience and/or special interest working with older adults preferrednAble to perform tasks which may be physically demanding such as pushing, bending and lifting up to 50lbs.nAbility to maintain positive working relationships with residents, their families, peers and other staff membersnIn good physical and emotional health and free of communicable diseasesnn Maplewood Senior Living conducts pre-employment screening including background check, drug screening, and reference checks.n Due to Department of Public Health requirements, all candidates will be required to show valid proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 (1st vaccine, 2nd vaccine, and booster) before commencing work, unless they receive an approved exemption from Maplewood. Those who do not obtain full vaccination and booster within that time frame, without an approved exemption, will be terminated. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
