## Requirements
Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of Massachusetts required; three to five years supervised practical experience, including internships, in a clinical or rehabilitation setting with person with a psychiatric conditions preferred. Valid driver's license required. Must have an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients. Experience working with people with psychiatric disability and medical illnesses and other co-occurring disorders preferred. Preference will be given to bilingual/bi-cultural applicants and applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions. A valid driver's license must be presented at the time of employment. Incumbents must be at least 21 years of age, have maintained a valid US driver's license for at least one year, and must be able to pass a driver's screening background check.

The Community Crisis Stabilization Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct service and daily nursing interventions in a Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Program, designed to meet the needs of individuals who may have acute psychiatric needs. Provide nursing and medication administration services. Provide health promotion training and access to medical care to clients. Support individual's treatment goals using rehabilitation values, principles and techniques, including skills training to help clients overcome barriers to living independently. Help program meet high quality standards and provide value to individuals and a community care system. Ensure a safe and clean environment. Liaison with multi-disciplinary collaborative providers as needed.
Incumbents must be at least 21 years of age, have maintained a valid US driver's license for at least one year, and must be able to pass a driver's screening background check.
This is a part time, day position from Wednesday-Saturday 4 p.m.-12 p.m.
